Nose is sweet with licorice and lemon wood polish. The taste is smooth with a light mouth feel and tastes of honey, banana, caramel all lightly spiced with pepper. The finish has lemon peel and is ever so slightly perfumed. Very approachable and drinkable Irish blend. To be honest the only thing I dont like about this is vaguely offensive name.
