I was given this German (Bavarian actually) single malt miniature and despite several google searches I could find very little about it (at least not in English). It is bottled at 40% ABV and the nose has cereal, muesli and maybe dried bananas and also a slight vegetal note. I wrote down Bran Flakes and fresh cut carrots. The taste is sweet, quite light and smooth. Also some of the fruit and vegetable notes from the nose along with toffee and little spice. Overall a quite light flavor and body. The finish has notes of charred oak and some allspice. With water gets even smoother, lighter, less sweet and perhaps the vegetal notes come up while fruits go down.
