A really good blend that might not be one you see you everyday... but if you do see it, I suggest you try it. The nose is sweet with maltesers, caramel and some fresh grains. Indicates lots of depth and compexity to come. The taste is smooth, chewy toffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and citrus peel. I wrote down "dark chocolate Jaffa cake" in my notes. The finish is a classic bitter oak and pepper spice treat with a very dry, even slightly smoky, note. With water gets sweeter and creamy.
