The nose is fruity and dry. The taste is rich and warming (the extra time in oak is immediately evident) with woody dry notes leading but some dark chocolate and toffee still in background. I would not recommend leaving this much longer in a cask unless you prefer the apple tree to the apple. Some cola and rye notes in the finish behind the lingering oak.
