This one has a nice nose. Lots of rye and herbal notes, that I usually find the finish rather than the nose. Some spice and fruit too. The taste is smooth but gets a little bitter oak and also some milk chocolate. Mint builds in finish. A little water takes away bitter oak and taste gets a little sweeter and really quite minty fresh finish. I wrote down "herbal toothpaste" (does that even still exist?) and some pepper comes in right at end. It's good but I would recommend adding some water as it seemed to open up better.
