The nose on this one could be described in technical terms as yummy. Dried fruit and christmas pudding, cookies and marzipan. The taste has a little bite, rich and fruity, ripe banana sweetness and coffee, toffee and then some oak. The finish has oak, spice, pepper and more of the marzipan from the nose. I llked this one and regret never making a tour of Aberlour when living in Aberdeen.
