The nose is quite soft and subtle, fresh cut grass and dew, sweet malt and even nutty. The taste is smooth with sweet honey, vanilla from the bourbon casks and perhaps some shortbread biscuits. Some oak and gentle spice in the finish. Smooth, sweet and subtle.... SSS.
