The nose is light with banana custard and spice. The taste with sweet and smooth at first with vanilla, caramel, cocoa and a little pepper. The finish has more pepper and cinnamon. It would be easy enough to look past (or even down on) this blend but that would be a mistake. Easy to drink, easy to like. As good, if not better, than many other US and Canadian blends with bigger names and marketing budgets.
