This expression is replacing one of my favorites.... Johnnie Walker Gold Label. The nose had an immediate hit of grains and malt and some oak as well. Caramel sweetness and citrus fruits also appear with time. The taste is a pleasing mix of the bitter citrus from the nose with the sweet caramel. Also some fruit, toffee and vanilla. Very smooth. The finish was not long with some mint and oak. Overall very nice and elegant.
