This is the standard MacallanSherry Oak expression outside of UK.... where it is the 10 year old. I found the nose had dark fruits, orange, and some sherry and hint of rubber. Overall the nose was quite muted. The taste was very soft and smooth, creamy with water, with chocolate and dry and slightly stringent finish as the sherry took hold and balanced some subtle oak wood notes. Complex and rich... a great product.
